Considering 90% of the player base is on console / controller, that means that mouse and keyboard pc players are already getting aimbotted by console players with AR's 100m out anyways. It's my understanding that there's no way to turn off cross play.
Id call it unplayable, unenjoyable at the least. On the other hand, if you use a controller on PC it's completely scuffed.
